Wonderful Job
After our first meeting with Kayla, my wife and I knew from our gut feeling, this was the real estate agency to go with. Kayla and her team, within a short time took photos, created a video of our house. They had a first open home inspection on a Wednesday and the following Sunday we had two offers.

What a difference a good agent with the right marketing plan makes !!!!!!!
When my wife and I made the decision to sell our home we wanted the best agent not just an agent looking for a listing to promote themselves we wanted an agent who would work for us.
Both my wife and I wanted to work with an agent who we felt an instant connection, we kicked a goal when we met Pat, his straight talking professional attitude to detail, even from the appraisal was second to none.
Pat was able to assist us with the necessary trades for some works we wanted done before going on the market. The planning for the launch was exceptional, the marketing for the open homes could not have been better.
The photography, the video and the use of modern 3D technology presented our home in the best manner we could wish for. Potential buyers made comment that what you saw on line was an exact replica of what they saw when they visited the home.
Whilst it was an unsteady market it made no difference to the work ethic of Pat & his team, we had offers on the table in the first week. Even after we settled on the final offer Pat continued the open homes until settlement, as Pat said “it’s not a done deal until the money is in the bank”.
Both my wife and I could not be happier with the result. We are so happy, that we have engaged Pat for another project and even the interstate buyers engaged Pat to sell their holiday home before they relocate to Queensland.
Pat was able to negotiate terms that suited both ours and the buyers needs and timelines.
